DESCRIPTION: DigAlert’s Virtual Underground Safety Awareness Event provides a convenient opportunity for all stakeholders to review and understand the 5 Steps to a Safe Excavation that are required under the California Government Code 4216 and the California Code of Regulations Title 19. Understanding of the laws and regulations helps to safeguard stakeholders from safety risks to life, health, and property while preventing damage to underground substructures and vital public services.
